i am going to start training for a half marathon on monday, which is 12 weeks away...just want to know if anyone has some sort of 12 week diet to follow??..i know carbs should make up the bulk of it, but if i have a menu plan to follow, just like i have a running plan, i will be more likely to succeed.  thanks

I did P90X and they have a great menu plan to follow, High in Carbs and Protein.   Angelina
